Saturday 18th June 2016 – Belgrave Lantern Parade
MBO will be participating in the Belgrave Lantern Parade on Saturday the 18th of June. We’ll be there with telescopes and also be carrying some astronomical themed lanterns in the parade. The events start at 5.30 but the Belgrave main street will be closed from 5pm onwards.

We’ll be located in the car park behind the Australia Post building in Belgrave and will be there from about 4pm. Come early and join the activities, or book into one of the many cafes! Please note – parking around Belgrave will be tricky – best options are parking at Tecoma shops and walking up, or parking on Benson St. near the Belgrave pool and walking up. If you want to get involved in any way, please contact Heike by e-mail on info@mtburnettobservatory.org or leave a message on our Facebook page.
