MBO is an incorporated association and ACNC registered charity. As required by our rules, each year we hold a general meeting of members to elect a new committee, accept the financial statement of the prior year and set the membership fees for the coming year. It is important for the club to have as many members participate as possible. You can attend in person or via Zoom. If you cannot attend you can nominate another member to act as a proxy on your behalf. Proxies count towards meeting quorum and in any votes that take place.
Members can also nominate any other member attending to act on their behalf. Please find the proxy form for 2024 here.
We ask all people attending or filing proxies to fill in the appropriate RSVP on this page. Please count everybody attending. This form will then form the basis of our record of attendance at the meeting.
