NAMBO – A Night at Mount Burnett Observatory – Our Moon

Join the presenters at Mount Burnett Observatory for a virtual educational journey about Our Moon! Inspiring lovers and artists, wolves and night owls, our moon has been a constant companion for all time. You might think you know a lot about our closest celestial neighbour, but it still has many secrets to reveal. As the world turns its eyes to the moon again with renewed interest, and many nations race to return us there, join the team at Mount Burnett Observatory as we explore some of the lesser-known features of la Luna, and cast our eyes to a future where people will eventually call her “home”.
The event runs for approximately one hour with time for questions afterwards. This event is family friendly, and all are welcome, no matter your level of space knowledge. We will be simulcasting on YouTube as well.
