Topic for the event is Eclipse Spectacular
Young Observers Members come along to this great night. We will be chatting and learning about Eclipse. They are one of the more spectacular topic that you can learn and see in our sky.
The Constellation of the Month for April is Leo and, given the plethora (look it up) of eclipses coming up in Australia, including the one scraping the north-west of the continent this month, our theme will be eclipses. Our meeting date – Saturday, 22nd April – also happens to be the last day of International Dark Sky Week, so we will also be exploring this very important issue. We had a huge turn-up for our March meeting, so book in early. Please remember that members who wish to bring a guest are restricted to one (child) guest for one meeting. Looking forward to seeing lots of MBO junior members then.
When booking, choose a role from the drop down box when booking tickets. Select the age group that works for each child. Each person who is coming to the event need a ticket in their name.
“MBO Staff” tickets are only for the event coordinators to book in.
You will only be allowed onsite if you have a ticket
