How does membership work?

If you wish to join MBO you have a number of different options depending on the size of your family:

-Single membership (suitable for one adult)

-Family of two (suitable for two related people over the age of 15)

-Family of three (suitable for three related people over the age of 15)

When you purchase one of these options, each family member can have their login access to the MBO website.

In addition you can add children under the age of 15 to any of the above memberships. Children under 15 are free but should be named on your membership.

How can I add a person to my family membership?

If you have a family membership it is important that all your family are registered as members. This allows us to provide you with the best possible membership experience. This FAQ shows how to add a family member (15 and over) to your membership.
Step 1 log in to the website: If you have forgotten your password there is an automatic password reset link which sends you an email to update it. When you log in you will arrive at your members home page which looks like this  (shot 1). Make sure the set of tabs is set to Membership Details. Note that Manage Group is circled in black.
Step 2 Click on Manage Group: This takes you to a page for your family membership group.(shot 2)
Step 3 Invite Family members to join MBO: In the big vacant box add the email address for your additional member. When you click return the website will send them an email inviting them to fill in an application form. Your family member will now have their own log in to the website. It will remain active as longs your membership is current.
